12월 2일 슈퍼프릭 레코즈(SuperFreak Records)의 신예 비트메이커 뷰티풀 디스코(Beautiful Disco)가 데뷔 EP [Jelly Powder]를 발표할 예정이다.

뷰티풀 디스코는 독자적으로 발표한 비트테입 [Beat Makes Universe]와 다수의 공개곡을 통해 서서히 두각을 나타내기 시작했으며, 올여름 슈퍼프릭 레코즈와 계약하고 지난 9월 발표한 레이블의 컴필레이션 앨범 [Freakloud]에서도 인상적인 트랙을 선보인 바 있다.

뷰티풀 디스코가 겪고 느꼈던, 만남과 사랑, 그리고 이별의 감정을 미니멀한 사운드로 풀어냈다는 이번 앨범은 60 ~ 70년대 고전 음악 샘플과 투박한 드럼을 버무린 음악들이 수록되었다고.

특히, 앨범은 사운드클라우드와 밴드캠프를 통해 무료로 공개할 예정이어서 더욱 이목이 집중된다.
