2011년 9월 두 번째 주에 발매될 브라운브레스(Brownbreath) 5주년 컴필레이션 앨범 [Spread The Message]의 트랙리스트와 티저 영상이 공개됐다.

이번 앨범은 베테랑 프로듀서 프라이머리(Primary)가 총괄 디렉팅을 맡고 총 40여 명의 아티스트가 참여했으며, 브라운브레스가 그동안 진행했던 8가지의 캠페인과 룩북, 컨셉북 등에 담긴 메시지를 아티스트들이 각자 재해석한 메시지가 담겨있다.

앨범은 두 장의 CD로 구성되었으며, 참여 아티스트에 관한 정보는 이후에 순차적으로 공개될 예정이다.
