[Wu-Massacre] 전에 우탱(Wu-Tang) 진영에서는 또 하나의 기대작이 발표될 예정이다.  바로 우탱의 손꼽히는 리릭시스트(Lyricist) 인스펙타 덱(Inspectah Deck)의 새 앨범 [Manifesto]가 그것이다.

트래픽 엔터테인먼트(Traffic Entertainment)는 인스펙타 덱의 앨범을 오는 3월 23일에 발매할 것이라고 공식 발표했다.

앨범에는 인스펙타 덱을 비롯한 알케미스트(Alchemist), 모스(Moss), 제이 글래이즈(J.Glaze) 등이 프로듀서로 참여했으며, 플래닛 아시아(Planet Asia), 커럽(Kurupt), 코메가(Cormega), 터매놀로지(Termanology) 등이 게스트 랩퍼로 참여했다.

인스펙타 덱은 지난 1999년에 발표한 첫 번째 솔로 앨범 [Uncontrolled Substance]로 골드를 기록한 바 있다.
